My experience with Silsbee Toyota’s service department went well. They kept me informed on the repair, did a thorough checkup on my vehicle and where very transparent on the pricing and no cost surprises at the end. Rented a car from them for the two days they had my vehicle. All went well. The only complaint I have and the reason for only 4 stars is that after picking up the car I noticed a clanking and knocking noise coming from the passenger side fire wall/wheel well area. Did not have the personal time to take it back in but found that the top motor mounted was not tightened done correctly after the water pump was replaced. I rectified this myself and no more noise. Other then that the work was done well.
